The «GreenComp» training course on sustainable development brings together youth workers from different countries to strengthen their competences and leadership potential in environmental and social change.
Participants will study sustainable approaches, build "green" skills and get tools to run projects aligned with the sustainable development goals and environmental policy.
Course topics include sustainable leadership, strategic thinking, environmental planning, social responsibility and international cooperation.
The programme is designed for people who want to inspire young people to act and promote sustainable development in their communities. Through non-formal learning, working with experts and joint project work, participants get practical tools for real change.
