The Youth@Work "Pause, Sense, Create" course combines creative approaches, deep reflection and the power of Theory U to create genuinely transformative experiences in learning and entrepreneurship. It is more than just a training — it is a space where the principles of inclusion, sustainability and beauty from the New European Bauhaus philosophy come to life.
- rethinking educational processes with a focus on creativity and inner engagement
- applying Theory U together with the LifeComp and EntreComp frameworks
- building young people's entrepreneurial and life competences
- cultivating deep inclusion in the learning environment
Objectives
- to understand how NEB values can become a driver of change
- to use Theory U as a tool for transformation
- to widen your partner network for future projects
- to explore the links between Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps and other EU initiatives
Who it is for
Youth workers, facilitators, trainers and teachers who want to bring the values of sustainability, beauty and inclusion into everyday practice, helping young people develop entrepreneurial thinking with a human face.
This course gives rise to a new view of youth work — meaningful, inspiring and able to trigger lasting change in both thinking and practice.
