This course meets the needs of teachers and coordinators, equipping them with innovative, engaging and effective facilitation methods and tools that improve group dynamics and support deeper learning.

Objectives

  • providing advanced practical tools and methodologies for effective work
  • introducing teachers to the Lego Serious Play methodology
  • exploring the potential of outdoor educational activities for personal development
  • building graphic-facilitation skills — using visual aids (diagrams, drawings, symbols) in meetings, workshops and conferences
  • encouraging innovation and creativity in youth work by creating a collaborative space where participants can experiment with new facilitation methods adapted to their contexts
  • raising the quality of youth work and education by promoting effective experiential methods that engage young people in creative and critical thinking and problem-solving
  • supporting networking and cooperation between youth workers and encouraging follow-up initiatives
