The «The Art of Persuasion for Youth Workers» programme is a unique initiative that helps youth workers build practical persuasion skills.

Solving current problems in a fast-changing world.
What participants will learn
The training shows how persuasion strengthens influence in key areas such as advocacy and defending young people's interests, conflict resolution, empowerment and building strong communities.
Persuasion skills help youth workers inspire young people to take part in volunteering projects and initiatives, break down stereotypes, build trust, defend young people's rights, promote equality and find partners and resources for new opportunities.
