LEC (Love Every Challenge) is an intensive 5-day course on personal development and leadership for youth workers, trainers, teachers and volunteers.
The project combines nature, embodied practice, reflection and teamwork, creating space for conscious growth, resilience and inspiration.
What participants explore
- how to build your personal leadership and resilience
- methods for preventing professional burnout
- approaches to facilitating groups and working with emotions
- ways to support young people through transitions and crises
How it works
Adventure-based learning and outdoor activities — stretching your comfort zone and building trust.
Embodied practices — movement, storytelling, sharing circles.
Experiential learning — reflection and applying what you learn in work and everyday life.
Who it is for
Youth workers, trainers, teachers, facilitators and volunteers (18+) who work with young people and want personal and professional growth.
