INSPIRE Leadership Academy 2025: Final Conference in Chișinău
On December 5, 2025, the final conference of INSPIRE Leadership Network 2025 took place at Digital Park in Chișinău, bringing together students, academics, experts, representatives of universities, international organizations, and civil society. The event marked the culmination of a year-long inter-university educational program implemented across three cities in Moldova — Chișinău, Comrat, and Tiraspol — and focused on leadership development, trust-building, intercultural dialogue, social cohesion, and support for youth initiatives.
Throughout INSPIRE Leadership Academy 2025, the program engaged 315 students from 8 cities, representatives of 5 universities, and 6 NGO partners. The initiative was structured around three specialized schools: Strategic Leadership and Sustainable Development (Chișinău), Tech Peacemakers: Digital Solutions for Social Cohesion (Comrat), and Future Voices: Media and Communication for Young Innovators (Tiraspol). During the final conference, participants presented student projects, mini-initiatives, analytical outputs, and research results developed during the program. In total, 35 academic papers were produced and published in two academic journals and the final project volume.
INSPIRE Leadership Academy 2025 was distinguished by its strong practice-oriented approach. Participants took part in business simulations, strategic and team-based games, trainings, and visits to leading innovation hubs, including Artcor, Tekwill, MediaCor, Digital Park, Orange Hub, etc. An important component of the program included study visits and meetings with representatives of international organizations, including the OSCE and UN structures, as well as cooperation with partner universities.
The final conference provided an important platform for dialogue among the academic community, youth leaders, experts, and international partners. Discussions focused on program outcomes, their impact on youth leadership development, and future opportunities to expand the INSPIRE Network (Inter-University Network for Sustainable Peace, Innovation, Research, and Education), an inter-university educational and expert platform established in 2023.
The implementation of INSPIRE Leadership Academy 2025 was made possible through the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Moldova, which played a significant role in strengthening youth leadership and advancing educational cooperation.
INSPIRE Leadership Academy 2025 concluded the year with a strong and sustainable result — a formed community of young leaders ready to innovate, promote peaceful engagement, and contribute to positive change at the regional and national levels.
